World Book Day 2024

It's been a fancy dress theme all week so it seems as this week we had Bethel church come in to teach us about the texts found with the new testament and bring the stories to life, reflecting on the morals and lessons behind them. We had great fun listening to all the characters stepping out of the stories and acting scenes out.
I like the stock ideas - new clauses to the behaviour policy expected soon.
Then of course we've had world book day, with all manner of amazing and creative costumes. I love seeing all the characters new and old and we had great fun spending time on reading-related activities.
We shared our reading passion with the younger members of the school
We then spent some time designing and creating our own book-inspired t-shirts, which turned out to be very good and we're rather impressed with them!
