Author visit

04 Dec 2020

We love our classroom view; not only are we blessed with this beautiful view everyday but we were treated to a rainbow Monday afternoon. I wonder if anyone found the pot of gold at the other end?

The children have been working hard on their fractions this week and were using the knowledge of equivalents and ways of representing parts of a whole using 'follow me link cards'

And on Friday afternoon we were very lucky to virtually meet Dan Freedman, the popular author of the Jamie Johnson novels. He chatted to us for about 40 minutes about being an author, his time working with the FA and what helps him to write. It was incredibly interesting and the we all enjoyed hearing his answers to our questions.

We <3 Leeds UFC they all were keen to share with Dan Freedman.
