Class 4 - Friday 17th July

16 Jul 2020

Good Morning to the 'new' Class 4!

Happy Friday and happy last day of the school year! Your last day as a Year 4 or a Year 5 or a Year 6! smiley

Here are today's transition activities for you to have a go at. Have fun!

 Goal setting

Setting goals is an excellent way for you to try and achieve things that you might not think is possible.

Goal setting will also help you improve your confidence and self-esteem when you see that you can achieve the target you’ve set. See if you can create a ‘Wheel of Fortune’ using the headings: Learning, Friendships, Physical Challenge, Wellbeing and Family.

Under each heading, write a goal thinking carefully about how long it will take to achieve each goal, who or what can help you and any difficulties you may have to overcome.

You can decorate your wheel in any way you wish.

Just for fun...

Have a go at one or two of these 'super movers' videos.

Relaxing

Go on an interactive expedition of the 'Great Barrier Reef' with David Attenborough. Click on the link below.

Reading

Reading is really important to me, and hopefully to you too! Therefore, I would still like you to read for 30 minutes a day.

PE

PE is also really important to me, and so it would be great if you could choose a PE activity to do each day. This link has a range of different options for you:

Music

If you would like to do a music activity, then Mrs Watkinson has a huge range of lessons available at the below link.

Have a super last day everyone. I hope you all have a wonderful Summer holiday.
