The Selfish Giant visit and more.

This week we've finished editing our letters and applied the finishing touches to our sketches. The display is now finished (Thanks to Mrs Spowart and Mrs Lyall); here's a picture in case you aren't able to come in and see it.
 


As our gymnastics draws to a close, we set up the apparatus and tried out new balances and positions that you can't make on the ground. We made all sorts of interesting shapes and poses but here's a few of our favourites.
We have the 'judging' of our gymnastics competition tomorrow (Friday) where one pair will be awarded a prize. Well done to everyone for giving it a go.
 
 

 
 To end the week and the half term, we were treated to seeing a puppet show. The play was of the story 'The Selfish Giant' by Oscar Wilde and was entirely performed by one person. It was a real joy to see a familiar story brought to life.
