Journey to the Centre of the Earth (almost!)

This week seems to have flown by! Maybe it is because we have been so busy and have been working so hard!
We love reading and read in class everyday, and it is always lovely to see how much the children enjoy it. They are smashing their AR targets and passing their quizzes with flying colours! Reading is one of the most important things we can do and it is a great way to relax and unwind.
We have also been looking at our next writing topic and we have been finding out about what is below our feet. At the moment we are only just scratching the surface and going a few metres down. Soon though we will travel to the planet's core! There are plenty of amazing things to discover on the way and I'm sure we'll have a great time finding out lots of facts.
