Hard work and kindness

27 Nov 2020

This week has been another busy week in Class 3 and the children have all been working super hard again.

We have looked at lots of different areas and had lots of fun too. We started off the week by working on our spelings
psellings   spellings and then we played some maths games to help us to improve our mental maths skills. The children got so good at this that by the end of the lesson they hammered Miss Blake and I in a competition ( I still demand a re-count though!).

This week we have continued with our class theme of being kind and helpful to each other and I'm so proud of how lovely the class have been. They have been amazingly polite and helpful holding doors and giving compliments to each other. It has been great to see how they have put smiles on the faces of both the children in school and the staff too by being so considerate - I don't think Mr Breckon has ever had so many nice comments about his jumper. wink

Keeping in with this idea the children have made some more rainbows and thought about what they could promise to do to help people, and how to keep a promise just like God did with his rainbow in the story of Noah.

I'm not sure what these two have promised to do but they are very cheeky grins!
