World Religion Day

On Wednesday we had our "World Religion Day" where we looked in detail at one particular religion, and this time is was Judaism. The children were all mixed up in different groups and spent the day learning lots of different things. Everyone really enjoyed discovering more about Judaism, from looking at the major Jewish festivals to finding out more about where Jewish people pray. All of this will knowledge will be really handy when we visit a synagogue on our trip.
Later in the week we continued our work on the water cycle, but this time we went into more depth and started to add a few more technical terms. The children soon picked up the new words and were using them like experts!
