Science
15 Mar 2024
It has been another busy week at school and the children have been working their socks off again.
We are getting close to the end of term and the children have been determined to beat their AR targets on the school reading scheme. We always start our day off with reading time and the children love these sessions. It is lovely to see how positive their attitude is towards reading and we're all really proud of how hard they work on this important skill.
We have also been looking at our bodies in science this week and discovering how our digestive systems work. We drew around each other and then tried to work out where the organs went.
Despite the terrified looks no children were harmed during this lesson, well, not too badly anyway.
After a few adjustments we managed to put everything in the right place, and then found out all about the journey our food takes through our bodies.
Well done for your hard work again, Class 3. Hope you have a great weekend!
