Teams call -               10:30 = yr 3        10:45 = yr 4 (Please start with your microphone on mute)

Please have a pencil and paper handy for your call.

Measuring is a great practical activity so maybe after you finish other things around you too. How accurate can you be? Can you guess how long the object is before you measure it?

Please be careful though, don't go measuring your cat's claws if he looks in a mean mood. My friend Claude Face did that and he's still got a scar all this time later.

Yesterday in our Teams meetings we talked about adverbs and fronted adverbials and that will come in really handy today!

In this lesson, we will recap the job of a build up. We will then watch and order the main events of the build up. After that, we will recap fronted adverbials and use them to retell the build up. For this lesson, you will need an exercise book or paper and a pencil.

Reading time.

Don't forget to do your 30 mins of reading and complete any AR quizzes you might have. We are getting lots of full flowers so well done!

Today is our Forest school day so check out the activities below. Thank you very much for these, Mrs Goss. yes

It is lovely to see nature starting to wake up after summer and see the plants starting to come back to life.

Please send me a picture of what you have found or drawn today so that I can make a gallery full of beautiful pictures to cheer us up tomorrow.

My email is mrgamble@gfschools.co.uk      or you could send it through your Teams chat. I want to put as many as I can on the website but if you are a bit shy then let me know and I won't put it up.
