We have been advised by North Yorkshire Outdoor Learning Services that the Bewerley Park Centre is currently closed. As much as possible they will try to re-schedule bookings to a later date, but as we do not know when schools are likely to open, this may not be a suitable alternative for us as when Year 4 move into Year 5, they will also move into Class 4. We are therefore exploring our options with regards to cancelling the trip and recouping all monies paid so that this can be refunded to you.
We would therefore advise that you do not pay any further payments if you still have an outstanding balance.
We will let you know as soon as possible how and when funds will be refunded to you.
