This week Class One have been enjoying learning outside in the sunshine (Please remember to 'suncream up' your child before school and send a named suncream and hat for them to keep at school in their drawer).
We have been busy planting French beans and sunflower seeds and are looking forward to seeing them grow. Nursery have enjoyed using chalks and the older nursery children have started practising using pencils. They have also started a Soundbook - this week's sound was 's'. They will be bringing their Soundbook home to share with you next week.
We are looking for some helpers to hear readers once a week, so if there is anyone who would like to come in, please let us know - your help would be very much appreciated.
