Do you know what the word nocturnal means ? Can you think of some nocturnal animals ?
Reception Activites
Maths
In your maths pack find the sheet titled 'Day and Night'. Think about what you know and what was in the story about day and night. Complete the sheet . You can draw some pictures about day and night on your sheet .
Find the sheet in your maths pack titled One baby bunny. Can you complete it ?
Reception and Nursery
During the day go into each room in your house and outside and listen for all the different sounds you can hear. Can you make some of the noises from the story?
Reception
Find the sheet in your phonics pack with Book 3 Activity 2 written in the left hand side.
Can you blend the words and complete the sheet ?
Can you also find the sheet with a picture of a cat on it and the letters 'at' at the top ? Write at in the spaces . What words have you written ?
You could draw some little pictures to go with the words .
Nursery
Can you draw a picture of Baby Bear in the story? What colours will you need ?
