Class One News Friday 19th March

We have had a busy week here in Class One! We have been talking about Spring and all the changes that are going on around us at the moment. We have been looking at spring flowers, talking about the names for all of their parts and the jobs that they do. We enjoyed using magnifying glasses to closely look at the snowdrops that have been growing outside our classroom. We then looked carefully at their colours, and created some beautiful paitings, by mixing green with white to create the different shades that we could see. Later in the week, we used egg boxes, to practise our cutting skills and created our own daffodil collages.
