Make a zig zag book or write in your green book . Can you write ;
The man ran.
The cat ran .
The fox ran .
You could write a little more and say they ran fast or add more details to your story.
Draw some pictures to go with your sentences .

Complete the gingerbread kids sheet ( in the first maths pack or new pack )
Use your blocks. Can you make 11 ? Make it using 1 stick of 10 blocks and one extra block on its own . Put them next to each other .
That is why we write eleven as 11, because it is 1 ten and 1 one .
Ten is written as 10 because it is 1 ten and 0 ones .
Now use your ten frames and blocks to make 11.If you fill up 1 ten frame how many will you have to put on the other one ?

Draw 11 of something or make a collection and write 11.

How many legs /eyes are there altogether ?
Look at your family . How many legs are there altogether ? What about if you have any pets ? How many legs do they have ?

Ask someone to write a h in your sound book .
Practise the action to make the sound - act as if you have just been running a race, holding your hand over your mouth and saying h h h .
Can you remember any of the words in the video which start with a h ?
Can you draw some pictures in your sound book of things which start with a h ?
Can you spot any hs in your books ? on writing in your house ? ( you could look on food packets ! )
Can you draw a picture of yourself and colour in your hair ?

Do some baking with a grown up ( or pretend with playdough ? )
Try making some ginger bread men .
