Caterpillar Crazy!
R.Hebblewhite - 04 Jul 2019
We said goodbye to our resident tadpoles this week. We were sad to see them go, but we have enjoyed learning about them and watching them change. We shared what we had learnt and used our 'fantastic phonics' skills to to write about what we knew and our 'clever cutting' skills to sequence the life cycle of a frog - James told us that "a baby frog is called a froglet". Blake had learnt that "a tadpole hatches and eats its egg".
In place of our frogs, Lizzie very kindly brought in a family of caterpillars, which Mrs Todd has re-housed in Class One! I am sure we will have fun learning all about them!
