Sports Day - Wed 14th July

Good afternoon,
It has been decided that Sport's day will go ahead next Wednesday (14th July).
Due to the current covid regulations in place, we have had to take a risk assessed approach to the planning of the day. This means that children will continue to stay in their bubbles.
Parents are invited to come along at staggered times throughout the day as per the below;

9.15am- 10.15am (Class 2 Sportsday) |

10.30am - 11.30am (Class 1 Sportsday) |
| Class 4 Parents |
1.15pm - 2.15pm (Class 4 Sportsday) |
| Class 3 Parents |
2.15pm - 3.15pm (Class 3 Sportsday) |
There will be a mixture of sportsday favourites to include running races, egg and spoon race and sack race.
Please can we ask that parents enter the field directly, through the gate at the bottom of the school drive- rather than coming into the school playground for access.
You are also more than welcome to bring your own rug/chair to the event. Please ensure that you are socially distancing and placing your rug/chair at least 2m from each family. Unfortunately we are only allowed a maximum of 30 parents at each class event so we must request that only 1 family member per child attend. Although we understand that some of these rules are restrictive, we still wanted to host a Sports Day event and allow parents to attend so this is the best we can do under within the guidance we are working from.
