Pupil Voice Day

Pupil Voice Day
We had such a busy day. First we were put into colour teams and had to work together and agree a name for out team. Then we had to design our own team logo. In the afternoon we were put into small groups for shared reading. Finally the whole school took part in the daily mile!

ICT
We excited about learning how to log onto the school laptops and explore the activites on Purple Mash. We found out that you had to keep your username and password safe and secure.

Maths
This week we have found out that you can write numbers as numerals and words! The Year 2s have been practicing switching between counting in tens and ones to count large numbers of objects or pictures.

History
We started our topic off by thinking about the question: "Were we all born in the same year?"

Exploring and improvising on the keyboard.
