Les fruits


We've been learning about fruits in DT and now we're beginning to know how to say them in Fr
ench too. We had to listen really carefully to the French pronunciation and repeat it as closely as we could. Once we were familiar, we played games where we had to listen to different fruits being called and then decide which it was. We had lots of fun and are looking forward to learning even more fruits next week.

As promised we got to taste all the different fruit this week so that we could decide which fruit we will be planning to use in our final designs. We were very excited as some of the fruits we had never tasted before!


 

 

We learnt about the different ways to safely hold an cut. Claw hold and bridge. Can you tell which is which?

We have been reading and learning some very funny poems this week.
