Telling the time
This week we having been doing lots of activities around telling the time. We played 'What's the time Mr Wolf' and we had to help the children in the book when their clock stopped!
English
We started a new book in English called 'The Raven Child and the Snow Witch'. We listened out for interesting vocabulary to describe the setting then practiced saying our amazing sentences to each other.
Ripon Cathedral Choir
Dr Krippner came to talk to us about the choir at Ripon Cathedral. We watched a video of the choir singing it was beautiful and inspiring. Then we had to listen hard and try our best to copy the notes he was playing. When we got back to the classroom we pretended to have our own Choir auditions!
