What did you do in the Holidays?
The first thing we all wanted to do when we got to school on Monday was tell Mrs Hickingbotham what we had done in the holidays! In English we got to write about some of the favourite things that we had done. It was fun talking about and describing our special days. Lots of us wrote the most we had ever written and we all felt very proud of ourselves.
How many different ways are there to make 5p
We have been looking at coins, notes and the different values of each then working out all the different ways you could pay amounts. We discovered that you can't just count the coins/notes you need to look at how much each one is worth.

Of course one of the best things about being back at school has been playing with friends!
