The pigeon really didn't want to go to bed! What things do you have to do when you go to bed? 
Think of all the things that you do when you are getting ready for bedtime.


Can I write command sentences to help pigeon get ready for bed?
Tell pigeon what he needs to do to get ready for bed. Make your sentences sound a bit bossy (command sentences).
Brush your teeth.
Read a story.
Write your sentences in your home school book.

Challenge: Give reasons - Brush your teeth because this will keep your teeth clean and healthy.

Can I add by making 10?
 
Choose 2 numbers and show them using bricks on your tens frames. Add them together by making 10 like I did in the video. Have lots of goes. Can you remember your number bonds to ten without counting the empty squares on your tens frame?
 

 

Y2 - when you are adding the numbers show me that you have spotted how to make a ten. Send me a photo of your work in your private channel on Teams.

If you have a globe or world map at home find all the continents. Now find all the oceans. Play the games on the following wesbite and see how many continents and oceans you can correctly identify.
