Can I write the next section of my fact sheet from my planning?
Look at your planning words and pictures. Tell someone else in your family all about the animal or animals that you have in the second box on your planning sheet.
Leave a blank line below the work you did on Friday and on the next line down write the date in the margin and then one or more sentences about desert animals.
Challenge: Use the subheading 'Animals' or 'Are there any animals in the desert?'
Here is an example. This person hasn't finished their Animal sentences yet.
Remember Y1s you don't have to use subheadings. If you are a Y2 and didn't try using subheadings on Friday then you can still use one today for your Animals section.

Today I want you to investigate different ways to cut up your fruit. You will need an adult to watch you and always remember to wash the fruit and your hands first. Click on the 2 pictures below to watch a video to find out how to safely hold your fruit and use a knife.
