Getting started with Teams

If you only need to login using one account on a computer/tablet then the Teams app is the quickest and easiest thing to use.

Some of us have experienced lots of problems trying to use the Teams app with different user logins so if you use the Teams app for work or you have more than one child sharing a computer then you may find it easier to use the web based version.

To use the Web Based verions click on the following link https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/microsoft-teams/log-in

 


 Now click on 'Sign in'















 

 You now have the choice to use the 'Windows app' or 'Use the web app'. Click on:

'Use the web app instead'




















You now get a simple format to choose which user account you want to login as. If you haven't logged in yet then choose 

'Use another account'













Sign in using the email address and password for the relevant account and follow the instructions on each screen.
















Once you have finished you must 'Sign Out' so that someone else can sign in using different login details.
 

 Click on the user icon in the top right of the screen.

You should now have a drop down box as below:

 

 
 
 Click on 'Sign out' at the bottom of the drop down box.

You are now ready for the next person to sign in.
