A busy week!

Welcome back class 2!


We have been having lots of fun making new friends and playing with old friends that we havn't seen for a long time.





What was it like living in 1939?

The telephone's were very different. We found it quite tricky to dial the numbers!








What have we been planting?

We have been planting cabbages, cauliflowers and kalettes.

First we had to dig holes.



Then we had to carefully take the plants out of the pots and put them in the holes.

Next we filled in the holes around the plants.

Finally we watered them.












What are all those long thin white things coming from the bottom of the plant?






Helping a friend

Mrs Hickingbotham's friend didn't know what all the numbers on the cards meant so we thought of lots of different ways to help her understand. Here are some pictures of one of our ideas.
