Captain Cook Museum

Class 2 had an amazing time at the Captain Cook museum. We had fun spotting the modern items that would not have been in his childhood house. In the ship room most of us thought sleeping in a hammock was quite fun but we all jumped 
when the ‘cat-o-nine-tails’ was demonstrated against the wall! 


We learnt more about the different countries that he explored and the clothes that the people wore.

The virtual reality experience of the ship and coral reef brought things to life and we all (even some staff!) had great fun dressing up.




What a lot of budding Captain Cooks we have!
