Class 4- Workshop Tuesday 16th July

Dear Class 4 Parents,
On Tuesday the 16th of July, Class 4 have been invited to go to Ripon Cathedral to take part in a workshop called 'God and the Big Bang' with a team from Durham University.
This day of workshops is for pupils to explore topics such as the Big Bang and evolution and is described as engaging and interactive.
There will be a chance to doscover, discuss and debate; we want the pupils to come prepared to ask challenging questions. There will be a chance for pupils to share their own opinions and consider some of life's biggest questions.
We will be setting off from school at approximately 9:30 and will be back in time for the end of the school day.
Children will need to be in full school uniform and should bring a
packed lunch, snack and water bottle. If you require a pack up to be prepared by school please let us know by FRIDAY the 12th.
FROGS have very kindly agreed to fund the cost of both the workshop and the transport.
Please could you sign the
consent form which can be found on
Parent Pay by Friday the 12th.
