Fountains 10K

DESPERATE PLEA FOR HELP!
The fountains 10k is less than 3 weeks away, and there is still what seems to be an insurmountable number of jobs and tasks that need to be done before the big day!
I am now really panicking that there isn’t enough time for me to sort it all by myself, so I would REALLY REALLY appreciate it if anyone could spare even just 30-minutes to help with any of the pre-race tasks that are listed on the sign up sheet on the school website:

So far we have very few raffle prizes, and if we can’t source more over the next week we might be in the position where we have to cancel the raffle.
So any help to source raffle prizes would be fab!!
Also, we have had very few people volunteer to help on race day as yet, so if anyone can spare a few hours to come and help it would also be very much appreciated!
We literally can’t run the event without volunteers helping us on the day! And I promise you it is a fun day!!
