After School Clubs: Summer 1

Please see the attached form about After School Clubs for next half term (Monday 25th April- Friday 27th May)
If you could complete the form and send it in either via email or in hard copy with your child by Monday the 4th of April we'd be very grateful.
Numbers are limited in some clubs, and some are only open to certain age groups.
Breakfast Club and Kidzone will be running as usual.
