Harrogate School Sports Partnership has today launched an interactive, active advent calendar.
Day 1 is now live and the doors once open will remain open for the rest of December so you can re-visit the activities anytime you want.
Once you click on the door number it will take you to another page where there is a video of the activity, they show the activity and then are timed for 30 seconds.
All activities are led by our young leaders from Harrogate High School, so a huge thank you from them.
If you are self-isolating this is the perfect opportunity to get exercising.
