This afternoon starts the week on anti-bullying activities with Teacher Lisa from YogaBugs talks about the importance of being kind to others, using a lovely meditation of the Bucket of Kindness.

- The Compliment Experiment: Make a point to give a compliment to someone during the day, without the others noticing. At the end of the day, tell your family that you held an experiment all day, that you gave a compliment during the day, just to see if attitudes were improved throughout the day. In school we are hoping to notice a change in the atmosphere of the classroom for the better, and that showing kindness can do that.
- Make a list of random acts of kindness that we can set as a whole school challenge.
