  What is kindness?
Think about a time when someone showed you kindness. Take a couple of moments to record this as I would love to hear about all the acts of kindness we have going on in school. Maybe write it on a post-it note or maybe your teacher could record some examples like we saw in the video.

Dear God,
Thank you for kindness,
Treat others as you would like to be treated.
I receive it, I give it,
I rejoice in kindness.
