New Daily Challenges Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

We have been working with the Harrogate schools sports partnership and they have sent us some brilliant, fun challenges to do to help keep us fit over the holidays. There are three for you to try at the moment, and each one has all the instructions you need. They don't need much equipment, just things that you have at home. The aims for each one are to keep fit, challenge yourself to get your best score and of course to have fun. I'll put new ones up reguarly so keep checking back to see what the next one is.
