Our Amazing Bodies!

This week we are enjoying playing in our new 'Grewelthorpe Hospital' and we have been learning about 'Our Amazing Bodies'. We have been talking about the names for the parts of our bodies and all their special jobs. We had a lot of fun making a model of the human body, which we have labelled (thank you George Roberts!). We also spent time looking at our faces in the mirror, talking about the important role that our senses play. We used charcoal pencils to draw a picture of our own face and we noticed how we all unique and different, which makes us special! We have been using information books to find out about our amazing bodies and decided that we want to learn more about the important jobs that go on inside our bodies, in the coming weeks.
